Our blades are designed to stay sharp up to 60 days, depending on how often you shave. Just doing a quick trim once a week? Expect to replace your blade every 2 months. Need a full shave more often? Then we recommend replacing your blade every 4 weeks. 

AlphaRazor™ works best when used every 5-7 days. If your hair is longer than a 1/2 inch, we recommend trimming it down first, then following with your AlphaRazor™ for a smooth, close shave. 

Nope. But if you want it, you can use it.  Some Alphas prefer wet shaving with cream, butter, oils, or in the shower. Alpha Razor™ has an IPX7 Waterproof Rating so feel free to shave in the however you want stress-free.

While AlphaRazor™ is designed specifically to fit the contours of your head, feel free to use it to trim your face, neck, chest or below-the-belt.
